These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of yutoriforge.com (the “Site”), operated by Yutori Labs LLC(“Yutori,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

The Site is informational

This Site describes our products — hand-built cedar saunas, mahogany cold plunges, and cedar + copper outdoor showers — and invites you to learn about them and visit our shop. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell. Specifications, lead times, and product details are described in good faith and may change as we refine what we build.

Pricing and orders

• We do not publish pricing on the Site. Pricing is shared directly in conversation and depends on configuration, size, and options.
• A sale becomes binding only through a separate written agreement (a quote or order you and we both accept) — not through the Site.
• Each unit is made to order by hand. Natural materials — cedar, mahogany, copper — vary in grain, color, and patina. Those variations are a feature of the craft, not a defect.

Visits and bookings

You can book a shop visit through the Site. Booking a visit is subject to availability and to in-person liability terms, and you may be asked to sign a waiver before using the sauna, cold plunge, or shower.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content — text, photography, video, the Yutori name and marks, and the overall design — belongs to Yutori Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users, or submit false information through our forms.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (for example, our scheduling provider and social media). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — regarding the Site, including accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Wellness and contrast-therapy information on the Site is general and research-informed; it is not medical advice. Consult a physician before using a sauna or cold plunge, especially if you are pregnant or have a heart condition or other medical concern.

This disclaimer concerns the Site’s content. Any product we build and sell is covered by the separate written agreement and warranty terms for that order.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yutori Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
