What we collect when you reach out or book a visit, why we collect it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Last updated May 30, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Yutori Labs LLC (“Yutori,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through yutoriforge.com and in the course of arranging shop visits and product inquiries. We are a small, owner-direct shop in Graham, Washington. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to talk with you and build what you order.
The short version
- We collect your email when you request our planning guide, and your name, email, and chosen time when you book a tour.
- We use that information to reply to you and arrange your visit.
- We do not sell your information. Ever.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@yutoriforge.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email address — when you request the backyard planning guide or otherwise contact us. We store the email, the page or form it came from, and the date and time of the request.
- Booking details — when you reserve a shop visit, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email, selected date and time, and any notes you choose to add.
- Anything you send us— the contents of emails or messages you send, including details about the space you’re planning for.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider and any analytics we run may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. See our Cookie Notice for detail on cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To send the planning guide or other materials you request.
- To respond to your questions and arrange and confirm visits.
- To follow up about a product you asked about, including pricing, which we share in conversation rather than publishing online.
- To keep the site working, secure, and reliable, and to understand — in aggregate — how it’s used.
We rely on your consent (when you submit a form), and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running a small business, as the bases for this processing.
Service providers we share with
We share information only with the providers that help us operate, and only as needed for them to do their job. Each has its own privacy terms:
- Resend — sends our emails (the planning guide and our replies).
- Cal.com — handles tour scheduling.
- Vercel — hosts the site and processes the technical request data (such as IP address and request logs) needed to serve and secure it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to serve you and to keep records of our conversations, then delete it when it’s no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Access or deletion — email hello@yutoriforge.com to ask what we hold or to have it deleted.
- Unsubscribe— every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and we’ll honor it.
- State privacy rights — depending on where you live (for example, under the Washington My Health My Data Act or comparable state laws), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to appeal a decision. Contact us to exercise them.
Children
The site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll make a reasonable effort to let you know.
